Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Products are packaged and labeled for laboratory research use in accordance with applicable shipping regulations.

Returns

Due to the research-use nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
